About Me

I’ve always been interested in what makes something work—not only what can be seen, but what exists beneath it.

Music was one of the first places I learned to recognize that distinction. Born into a musical family, I began my journey as a singer and writer, where creativity gave me an early understanding of expression, connection, and what it means to bring an idea to life. As my relationship with music deepened, so did my curiosity about the decisions, systems, structures, and relationships surrounding the work.

Guided by mentors who encouraged me to build beyond talent, I earned my degree in Music Business and went on to work across music supervision, performing rights, and publishing. My work eventually expanded into performance, project management, creative direction, licensing, business operations, programs, and special projects. Through those experiences, I recognized something that extended beyond music: I naturally look for the connections between things. I pay attention to what exists, what may be missing and how the pieces relate—and that perspective became the foundation of my practice in Structural & Strategic Development.

See clearly. Build intentionally.

My approach begins with understanding. People, purpose, circumstances, relationships and resources all provide context for determining what should be built, changed, strengthened or pursued. Rather than imposing predetermined solutions, I believe in observing before assuming, understanding before prescribing and developing according to what the work actually requires.

Today, I work with individuals, businesses, organizations and defined undertakings that need thoughtful development and direction—from clarifying an idea and shaping strategy to strengthening structure, operations, programs and projects. My experience is especially rooted in music, business and operations, creative production, organizational and program development, and music ministry, all of which has given me the ability to move between vision and practical execution.

At the heart of my work is the belief that what becomes possible depends in part on what we build around it. Talent should not have to compensate for missing structure. Passion should not have to sustain poor systems. Meaningful ideas deserve the opportunity to be thoughtfully developed rather than rushed toward execution. My work is about helping people see what is there, recognize what could be and thoughtfully develop what is needed between the two.

Alignment always.
